The breakfast buffet offered minimal variety. I found it repetitive over several days. the same limited selection was presented each morning. also, i experienced a significant delay at check-in. despite arriving during the designated check-in time, i waited almost an hour for my room to be prepared. this delay was unacceptable, especially after a long journey.

The hotel is very clean. There are good amenities available. The breakfast selection is excellent. The staff members are very nice and accommodating. I will surely come back.
The toilet in my room did not work properly. I had to call reception multiple times. I also had to physically visit reception twice. Maintenance came to fix the issue after 12pm.

I loved the supermarket downstairs. It was a blessing. the mini pharmacy machine for kids was helpful! my kid loved the popcorn and face painting. There was so much joy. it really felt perfect for families.
